This DIY Lip Balm Kit by Kiss Naturals is exactly like the larger kit they offer. But I think the smaller kit is more ideal unless you have a few kids over and want to make more than 2. This kit is not only a great way to spend quality time with little ones, but also a great learning experience.
The kit contains:
* 1 Twist Up Tube- 0.15fl.oz/5ml capacity
* 1 round jar- 0.1fl.oz/3ml capacity
* Safflower Oil 0.3fl.oz/10ml
* Bees Wax 0.04fl.oz/1g
* Shea Butter 0.14oz/4g
* Natural Flavor (Boysenberry) 0.07fl.oz/2ml
* 1 Measuring Cup
* 1 Mixing Spoon/Spatula
* 2 Labels 1 for the Twist Up Tube & 1 for the round jar.

All you have to do is take the 10 bees wax beads put them in the measuring cup, pour 5ml of the safflower oil into the measuring cup then add the entire contents of the shea butter. Place the measuring cup onto a microwave safe plate then place it into the microwave. I heated it up for 30 seconds, then an addition 15 seconds. Once its completely melted you then pull it out stir with the spatula provided. Then add 5-10 drops of the natural flavoring provided. For me I received the boysenberry flavoring. Once you mix the flavoring into the contents that is in the measuring cup. You then pour gracefully into the twist up tube making sure you do not over fill. I accidentally did! It won't harm anything just makes the container greasy. Then pour the rest into the round jar provided. Then close them and place in the fridge. I left them in there for approximately 45 minutes. It was extremely humid where I live so whenever I pulled it out it would melt instantly. But after 45 minutes it no longer melted on me.
The finished product was amazing! It goes on smoothly and taste good. Not sure if I am supposed to lick my lips but hey its all natural products so it should be ok. I love this kit because we know what is going into the lip balm unlike the lip balms we buy from the store. I definitely recommend this DIY Lip Balm Making Kit by Kiss Naturals. Super easy and lots of fun! And I promise the little ones will have a blast. Just make sure when making these with little ones you handle the hot mixture as it will be a little to hot for them. Not hot enough to seriously hurt them but hot enough to make burn slightly.
